Staff Requirements
Effective Communication Solutions subcontracts to staff who meet the following requirements:
- Criminal Backgound Clearance
- Child Abuse Clearance
- PA State license in good standing
- Possession of Liability insurance
- Infant/Child CPR- preferred
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance
